MARTIN MEINERT WINE TASTING

 As many of you already know, I was in South Africa last month. It was an incredible ten days of which the highlight was the evening that we spent with Ken Forrester and Martin Meinert at Ken’s house.  The wines from Ken Forrester changed my low opinion of Chenin Blanc, and I am now a advocate.  Likewise, the low production/high quality Bordeaux style wines of Martin Meinert show the world class level that can be achieved in S. Africa.
