The dinner is to be held at Clarke’s Showroom- this is an incredible venue and has to be seen to be believed!

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Dinner supplied by Prezo’s

— The first station will feature fresh pasta from Lilly’ Pasta from Everett with an arugula & watermelon salad with fresh Parmesan & a lime vinaigrette.  
— The next station with be a braised beef short rib served over a creamy herbed polenta.  With that will be a chilled cioppino (seafood salad).  
— The third station will be a warm tomato salad with fresh beefstake tomatoes, basil, garlic & goat cheese served over grilled rustica bread.  This station will pair with a dish Prezo calls Chicken Sinatra, sauteed boneless breast of chicken layered with an eggplant crouton, sharp provolone cheese, mushrooms & a zesty marinara in a white wine butter sauce. 

In addition to that, servers will be passing arancini (deep fried risotto balls with four cheeses & prosciutto) and wild mushroom brushetta and for desert, cannolis & tiramisu.  Coffee will also be served at the dessert bar.  
As an added bonus- "Five Bites" cupcakes from Wellsley will have a Sopranos themed cupcake display.  Five Bites is a Best of Boston winner.

CAO will also provide Soprano Cigars that can be smoked outside in Clarke’s beautiful patio

When you leave for the night you will be presented with six signed bottles of Sopranos wine as a keepsake! (over $65 in wine!)
