How can I keep juliosliquors.com emails out of my junk mail / spam folder?

Internet Service Providers (Verizon, Comcast, etc.) and web mail providers (Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, etc) use series of technologies to try and keep spam out of their customers' mailboxes. They do occasionally filter out email you wish to read.
To ensure that emails from juliosliquors.com are not deleted, filtered or moved into a 'junk' or 'spam' folder, please add the juliosliquors.com domain name to your list of trusted senders/your address book/contact list (in your e-mail software) and to your ISP/mail services whitelist.

How to add the domain name to your address book / whitelist

Outlook Express (Windows)

  1. Click once to select the email in your inbox
  2. Right-mouse-click on the message on and select Add Sender to Address Book
  3. This will add us to your address book

Outlook 2000

  1. Click once to select the email in your inbox
  2. Press the Reply button
  3. With the reply up on screen, right-mouse-click on the email address
  4. Choose 'Add to contacts' from the pop-up menu.
  5. This will add us to your address book

Outlook 2003

  1. Click once to select the email in your inbox
  2. Right-mouse-click on the email address
  3. Select Add to Outlook Contacts
  4. This will add us to your safe senders list

Outlook 2007

  1. Click once to select the email in your inbox
  2. Right-mouse-click on the email address
  3. Select Add to Outlook Contacts
  4. This will add us to your safe senders

Anti Spam Software

  1. If you are using a client-side third-party spam filter (i.e., Mailwasher, Spamkiller) to block spam
  2. Add the address of the email we sent you to the list called Good List / Whitelist / Friends List
  3. Alternatively, if the mail has gone into a junk folder, train the software that the email is not junk
  4. Each system work slightly differently, so you may need to consult the relevant help files

Windows LIve Mail and Hotmail

  1. Open the email
  2. Click "mark as safe" under the sender's email address

YAHOO

  1. Open the email
  2. Click "add sender to contacts" to the right of the email address

GMAIL

  1. Open the email
  2. Right-click the sender's email address
  3. Click "add contact" in the short-cut menu to the left

AOL

  1. View additional information on setting up Spam controls in AOL
  2. Open the email
  3. Click on an email address
  4. Click "add address" in the short-cut menu to the right

AOL Webmail

  1. View additional information on setting up Spam controls in AOL
  2. Open the email
  3. Right-click the sender's email address
  4. Click "add address" in the short-cut menu to the right

Blackberry

  1. Scroll up to the message header
  2. Get to the field where their name is listed, click the Berry button and then click Show Address
  3. Select and copy that address to the clipboard
  4. Go into Address Book and find the user
  5. Select Save
  6. Click to edit it, and then click the Berry button to add another email address
  7. Paste it in and click Save

Internet Service Provider Whitelist

  1. Write an email to support@your-isp.com
  2. Ask them to add the domain @RemoteDataBackups.com address to their whitelist
  3. Explain that you have subscribed to this service and wish to ensure that you will receive email from us

Corporate / Organization Whitelist

  1. Write an email to your IT Manager or IT Support desk
  2. Ask them to add the @RemoteDataBackups.com domain address to their whitelist
  3. Explain that you have subscribed to this service and wish to ensure that you will recieve emails from us
