Brewed with barley malt, aged hops, Belgian candi sugar and black raisins then fermented with a mixed culture in stainless steel. From there it is aged in oak barrels for over two years. Aromas of fresh dates, brown bread and bourbon barrel oak with flavors of raisin, fig, charred oak, vanilla and maple. Rich and warming with a tart finish.
Troegs Wild Elf
Wild Elf grows from deep roots, courtesy of our oak foeders and pure local flavor derived from wild yeast that rode into the brewery on the back of PA-harvested Balaton cherries. Based on the Mad Elf recipe, Wild Elf goes through a long secondary fermentation in wood barrels, unveiling tart cherry pit and farmhouse bliss. This bottle-conditioned limited release is highly carbonated and comes to life when the cork pops.
De Dolle XL Pale Ale
De Dolle’s 40th Anniversary brew “XL” Pale Ale is brewed with original floor malted Simpson Maris Otter Pale-Ale Malt, Dry-hopped with Poperinge Whitbread Golding hops, bitter orange peel in the old Copper Brew House that dates back to 1921.
Allagash Starling Wit
Take flight with notes of ginger, citrus, and spice. This Belgian-style wheat beer is brewed with coriander, Curaçao orange peel, and Maine-grown ginger. Its flavor is full of tropical esters from our house yeast, while a generous grain bill lifts its ABV a bit higher than your average wheat beer.
