Catoctin Creek's Roundstone Rye is an aged version of their 100% organic white rye whiskey Mosby's Spirit, which has been patiently aged in new Minnesota white oak casks. Hints of citrus, vanilla, and toffee carry on from the nose onto the palate with a good roundness and spicy warmth. Very Fresh, oily rye nose, bursts with rye spice fireworks.
