One of the newer Domaines in Chablis, this is a marvelous villages-level Chablis that shows a really fantastic sense of place. Produced entirely in stainless steel to preserve its freshness, this wine offers plenty of ripe fruit that wraps around a core of that classic minerality for which Chablis has become famous. Subtle notes of white flowers, white peach, lemon zest, and just a suggestion of quince make this an absolute steal of a wine.
