Fredi Torres & Marc Lecha make this young and vivacious wine from ecologically cultivated red: Garnacha, Cariñena, and white: Macabeo, and Garnacha Blanca vineyards planted on limestone clay soils. Stainless steel fermentation occurs and then 7 months in used oak barrels. Red fruits just gush out at you, red pomegranate, raspberry, cherry, and red currant. These flavors are framed by a soft floral component and a bit of baker’s spice, red licorice & mineral energy. Garnacha (85%), Cariñena (12%), Macabeo and Garnacha Blanca.
