Lots of mature flavors (cocoa, tobacco, leather) with a really round mid-palate showing it's 3+ years in cask. It has a bright lemon and dried cherry giving freshness. Very luxurious and supple with good underlying energy. I adore this cask. It is integrated and ready for bottling. I like it as cask strength."
